Wagner, Richard - Prelude from 'Parsifal'


Richard Wagner (1813-83) wrote his final opera 'Parsifal' in 1882. The story is based on the 12th century legend of Arthurian knight Parzival (Percival) and his quest for the Holy Grail. 

This arrangement of the Prelude for trombone octet is by Robert Holliday.

It is scored for 7 tenors and 1 bass trombone (can also be played by 6 tenors and 2 basses). Score and parts provided.
