Welsh Traditional - All Through the Night

£15.00

All Through The Night is a Welsh folksong - 'Ar Hyd y Nos'. It has been translated into several languages, and the melody was used by John Gay in 'The Beggar's Opera' in 1728, and has been used in the hymn 'Go My Children With My Blessing'. It is often sung by male voice choirs so also works particularly well for trombone choir.

This stirring arrangement for trombone octet is by trombonist and arranger Duncan Wilson. Scored for 6 tenors and 2 basses, or bass and contra-bass trombone.
